Remove a User in Customer Administration Portal
Removing a User in the Customer Administration Portal
Log into the Customer Administration Portal at vip.anpi.com
- In the menu on the left, click on Administration
 - Scroll down to the Administration and Access menu item
 - In the search box in the upper right-hand corner, search for the user by username or phone number
 - Select the user with the check box in the first column to the left of their username and click the green Remove button near the upper-right. Or in the Options column for the user, click Remove link
 - Confirm that you intend to move the user
